The new formula is highly effective. I was ready to roll in bed within a few mins and the sex drive was noticeably higher. In my opinion, the tadalafil/vardenafil formula was much better than any other ED medication I have used in the past. It kicked in faster and still lasted all day. I love taking it.

The quality of erections AND endurance was clear. There was also a different intensity to orgasm – sort of a whole body tremor (down to my toes!) but very pleasant. I had been taking daily 5 mg. tadalafil for a couple years for BPH – but stopped two weeks prior to get a wash out. So it was the addition of the vardenafil that made the significant and noticeable difference. The 5/5 mg dose was a game changer for me. I also was having spontaneous and unsolicited erections day and night!, very interesting especially considering I am 65 years old – this was teenage stuff!
