At the same time, we are a health care company that practices performance optimization, so we practice what we preach. Meeting Cadence
We hold 3 rounds of interviews over two weeks (and can accelerate if need be): 1) 1-2 25 min. fit interviews, 2) 1-2 50 min. interviews of your skills & the role, and 3) a final presentation or pair programming and meeting your teammates.

Personality Style
Before round 1, we get to know you holistically via a 10-20 min. questionnaire. We ask you to fill it out as honestly & intuitively as possible, since it is designed to detect exaggeration (and we have to throw it out in that case).

Thinking Style
After round 2, we have you take a 60 min. problem solving test that assesses how you think. Candidates describe it as a fun challenge like playing Tetris, since it is all visual and has no language or culture bias.
