Clinical Research Approach

Building better protocols through research

Maximus Labs runs clinical trials to refine and improve hormone therapy using strict scientific methods. We study emerging compounds, evaluate new treatment approaches, and fine-tune dosing strategies to determine what truly delivers results. Each trial is built to confirm or challenge industry assumptions, while drawing on real feedback from clients to make therapies more effective in practice.

What participation looks like

We gather both qualitative and quantitative data through regular questionnaires tracking symptoms, energy, libido, sleep, performance, and emotional well-being, as well as blood samples collected remotely using Tasso+ devices.

Why participate?

Trial participants contribute to research that shapes the future of men's health while gaining early access to compounds and protocols before they're widely available. Participation is compensated with study medications and comprehensive lab testing throughout the trial period.

Clinical oversight

Every trial operates under licensed medical supervision. In addition to your normal provider, you'll have our clinical research team and a dedicated Maximus provider assigned to your trial. Before enrollment, you'll review an Informed Consent Form explaining the study, requirements, risks, and data handling.
