Our oral testosterone is designed to be absorbed efficiently, minimizing strain on liver function compared to some other oral formulations. Clinical monitoring of liver markers in patients using this formulation has not shown acute adverse effects on liver function. We also regularly monitor these markers in all patients to ensure continued safety. Additionally, studies on similar oral testosterone formulations suggest the potential to maintain or normalize liver enzyme levels, including in patients with elevated baseline values. While further research is warranted, these findings may indicate potential liver health benefits in specific contexts, such as conditions related to fatty liver. Our formulation utilizes native testosterone, or testosterone base, which is free of esters that modify its half-life. While esterified testosterone products slightly extend the half-life, they are also associated with increased conversion to DHT. In single-dose studies, native testosterone has demonstrated significant increases in serum testosterone levels while keeping DHT levels within normal ranges, providing a balanced approach to hormone optimization.

Enclomiphene selectively blocks estrogen receptors centrally in the hypothalamus and pituitary which inhibits the negative feedback effect from estrogen on GnRH, LH and FSH production. The net result is increased LH production, which signals the testes to produce more testosterone via the Leydig cells, and increased FSH production, which enhances spermatogenesis via the Sertoli cells.

Derived from cholesterol, pregnenolone is the precursor for a multitude of vital hormones, including DHEA, progesterone, testosterone, estrogen, and cortisol. Allopregnanolone, another derivation of pregnenolone enhances mood and energy via interactions with GABA-A receptors which manage mood and stress.

With optimized dosing of the Oral TRT+ protocol, total testosterone levels in both eugonadal and hypogonadal men increased fourfold and free testosterone fivefold (both p < 0.025), surpassing the 99th percentile for both measurements in all participants.
