I decided to try the oral TRT+. I was skeptical at first because TRT shuts down your HPT axis, and can potentially mess with your fertility. That's a non-negotiable. But given that I knew where my friend lived (just kidding, I trust him), I begrudgingly enrolled in a trial for a TRT compound that maintains the HPT axis.

Best decision of my life. The dad bod is no more, I have switched up my diet, exercise is satisfying, my sex life is back, and I feel confident in every aspect of life. NO NEEDLES! I wouldn't have ever thought about TRT were it not for this. Now I just take my pills in the morning and go about my day.

Our oral testosterone is absorbed through the lymphatic system, bypassing the liver and reducing the risk of liver toxicity. Research has shown that this method results in normal levels of liver enzymes (AST and ALT), indicating minimal impact on liver health. Additionally, similar formulations of oral testosterone have been observed to maintain normal enzyme levels, reduced elevated enzyme levels, and may even improve conditions related to fatty liver. This approach offers a safer alternative for testosterone therapy. Native testosterone, also known as testosterone base, is testosterone without an ester. Other oral testosterone products utilize an esterified version of testosterone meant to extend it's half life. While there is a marginal increase in half-life, this comes at the cost of increased conversion to DHT. In head to head comparisons with single dose administration, native testosterone has been shown to increase significantly increase testosterone while keeping DHT levels within normal ranges.

Enclomiphene selectively blocks estrogen receptors centrally in the hypothalamus and pituitary which inhibits the negative feedback effect from estrogen on GnRH, LH and FSH production. The net result is increased LH production, which signals the testes to produce more testosterone via the Leydig cells, and increased FSH production, which enhances spermatogenesis via the Sertoli cells.

Derived from cholesterol, pregnenolone is the precursor for a multitude of vital hormones, including DHEA, progesterone, testosterone, estrogen, and cortisol. Allopregnanolone, another derivation of pregnenolone enhances mood and energy via interactions with GABA-A receptors which manage mood and stress.

With optimized dosing of the Oral TRT+ protocol, total testosterone levels in both eugonadal and hypogonadal men increased fourfold and free testosterone fivefold (both p < 0.025), surpassing the 99th percentile for both measurements in all participants. Meanwhile, LH and FSH levels remained within normal ranges across all participants (p < 0.025), demonstrating the treatment's ability to preserve fertility markers irrespective of the increased testosterone dosing. Estrogen levels significantly decreased but stayed within normal limits. Subjective health measures improved notably; over 70% of participants reported enhanced energy, strength/endurance, improved work performance, and quality of life according to qADAM scores, with significant reductions in anxiety and depression symptoms evidenced by 97% of participants reporting normal function (both p<0.001). Contrary to initial expectations of an increase in estrogen levels with oral TRT, our experiments showed a significant decrease, with reductions of -18.5% and -7.1% respectively, confirmed as statistically significant through left-tailed Wilcoxon tests.
